Trinasolar Showcases Advanced PV and Energy Storage at SNEC 2024

Innovative Solar Technology and Energy Storage Solutions

Trinasolar captivated attendees at SNEC 2024 with its comprehensive portfolio of solar PV and energy storage solutions. The exhibition featured products tailored for utility-scale, commercial, industrial, and residential applications. Notable displays included the Vertex N 720W series modules, Vanguard 1P tracker, and the advanced Elementa 2 energy storage system.

Utility-Scale Solar Solutions

Trinasolar’s utility-scale solutions garnered significant attention at the expo. The Vertex N 720W series modules, known for their high energy yield and low Levelized Cost of Energy (LCOE), stood out. The Vanguard 1P tracker, designed for exceptional energy yield and minimal energy loss, complemented these modules. Additionally, the Elementa 2 energy storage system offered high efficiency and reliability for large-scale projects. “The combination of Trinasolar’s modules, trackers, and energy storage will bring customers greater value and lower LCOE,” stated Cao Yunduan, Head of Branding and Marketing at Trinasolar.

Flagship Energy Storage: Elementa 2

The Elementa 2 energy storage system, featuring Trina’s proprietary LFP battery cells, was a highlight. With impressive 314Ah and 500Ah battery capacities, the Elementa 2 delivers a 5MWh capacity, addressing the industry’s demand for larger systems. This system promises higher reliability, advanced efficiency, and lower Levelized Cost of Storage (LCOS). Its design ensures faster and cost-effective project deployment, significantly reducing both CAPEX and OPEX.

Recognition and Technological Leadership

Kiwa PVEL awarded Trinasolar the Top Performer accolade at SNEC for the tenth consecutive year. The Vertex N 720W series module received high praise for its performance. Trinasolar, a pioneer in 210mm product technology and n-type i-TOPCon, continues to lead the industry. The company has achieved a world record 26 times, advancing power output from 500W to 760W+.

Besides i-TOPCon, Trinasolar has substantial technical reserves across multiple pathways. The SNEC exhibition featured modules based on advanced 210 technologies, integrating i-TOPCon, TSHJ, and all back-contact technologies, showcasing a maximum power output of 760W+.

Smart PV and Energy Storage Leadership

The Vanguard 2P tracker, powered by a smart algorithm optimizing the tracking angle, also drew considerable attention. This product ensures maximum energy generation and lower LCOE, highlighting Trinasolar’s commitment to innovation and efficiency.

Trinasolar remains an industry leader with its all-scenario smart PV and energy storage solutions, continuing to drive forward solar technology and energy storage developments.
