At the prestigious Intersolar Europe Exhibition 2024, SYL, a leading energy storage subsidiary of the Risen Group, showcased its latest advancements in energy storage solutions. Held from June 19-21, the event saw the unveiling of SYL’s groundbreaking 215kWh all-in-one cabinet, specifically designed for the Commercial and Industrial (C&I) market. Revolutionary All-in-One Cabinet
The highlight of SYL’s presentation was the full-sized 215kWh all-in-one cabinet, named the iCon. This state-of-the-art product, which integrates advanced liquid-cooled battery pack technology, a self-developed Battery Management System (BMS), and a Power Conversion System (PCS), drew considerable attention from industry professionals and potential clients. Lei Zhang, SYL’s Deputy General Manager of Product R&D, introduced this Europe-specific version during his keynote speech at the booth. The iCon is designed to meet the growing energy needs of businesses, offering a compact, efficient, safe, and reliable solution that simplifies installation and maintenance while maximizing performance and safety.
Expanding Energy Storage Solutions
In addition to the iCon, SYL also presented a minimized model of their containerized energy storage system, the eTron. This system boasts an impressive 5MWh capacity in a directly shippable 20-foot container, designed for utility and large-scale industrial applications. With doors opening on one side, it reduces footprint by up to 46% compared to industrial standards, offering a modular and scalable approach for 2-4 hours of duration.
