The collaboration aims to deploy Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS) across the Americas region. Furthermore, Prevalon will serve as the designated service provider for REPT’s battery module fleet in the Americas.
Deployment Goals and Achievements
Prevalon has already successfully deployed 1.5 gigawatt-hours (GWh) of battery storage systems across North and South America using REPT battery cells. The partnership now targets a short-term deployment of 10 GWh across the Americas. Both companies will customize systems to meet market demands and ensure seamless integration.

Prevalon introduces its High-Density (HD) 511 Integrated Energy Storage Platform, featuring REPT’s long-format modules built around the 320 Ah Wending LFP battery. REPT’s cutting-edge wending technology enhances charge cycle longevity and performance, achieving an impressive system energy density of 360MWh per acre.
Safety and Reliability Assurance
The system undergoes factory integration and testing, including factory-installed battery modules. Safety measures such as passive and active fire detection and suppression systems are employed.
