Breaking Records in Solar Efficiency

LONGi’s silicon heterojunction back-contact (HBC) solar cells have reached an outstanding efficiency of 27.30%, certified by Germany’s Institute for Solar Energy Research Hamelin (ISFH). This marks the 17th time since April 2021 that LONGi has set a world-record in solar cell efficiency, solidifying its position as a leader in the industry.

The company’s dedication to advancements in solar technology is evident in its previous record-breaking achievements, including setting a world-record in the efficiency of crystalline silicon-perovskite tandem solar cells at 33.9%.

Introducing the Hi-MO 9 Module

At the event, LONGi unveiled its flagship product, the Hi-MO 9 module, showcasing its commitment to innovation in solar technology. The Hi-MO 9 module boasts capabilities of up to 660W and a conversion efficiency of up to 24.43%, making it ideal for various environments, from lakes to deserts.

Production at Jiaxing Production Base

The production of the Hi-MO 9 module will take place at LONGi’s Jiaxing Production Base, recognized by the World Economic Forum as a Global Lighthouse Factory.
