Sunsave’s subscription packages, starting from £69 per month, position themselves as an affordable alternative to traditional solar energy systems, which typically cost around £10,270 for installation. The service claims to save a typical family home £45 each month.
A recent survey referenced by Sunsave indicates that while 70% of UK households express interest in solar power, only 4% have adopted it. With more than £9 million raised from investors to date, Sunsave aims to bridge this gap and make green energy more accessible to homeowners.
Alick Dru, co-founder of Sunsave, highlights the importance of their solar subscription in aligning environmental consciousness with financial prudence, especially as energy prices continue to rise.
