Significant Solar Rooftop Projects Completed in Thailand by TotalEnergies ENEOS

TotalEnergies ENEOS successfully installed two solar rooftop systems, totaling 2 MWp, at NTN Corporation and NTPT Company Limited in Chonburi, Thailand. These systems, featuring around 3,450 modules, will generate approximately 2,700 MWh of renewable electricity annually, covering about 15% of each facility’s energy needs and reducing CO2 emissions by about 1,620 tons annually.

Long-Term Power Purchase Agreement with No Upfront Costs

Under a long-term Power Purchase Agreement (PPA), TotalEnergies ENEOS fully funded and installed the solar systems, and will operate them for 20 years. NTN and NTPT benefit from clean energy without any upfront costs, paying only for the electricity produced.

Advancing Sustainability Goals in the Industrial Sector

NTN and NTPT, leading manufacturers in the automotive and industrial sectors, have significantly advanced their sustainability efforts through these projects. TotalEnergies ENEOS continues to reinforce its position as a leader in distributed generation solutions in Asia-Pacific, supporting industrial customers in their decarbonization journeys.
